You will go on a Kigali City Tour, head to the Volcanoes National Park, have yourself a lifetime experience trekking the mountain gorillas and golden monkeys while staying in high-end lodges on this 5 Days Rwanda luxury Gorillas and Golden Monkey Trekking Tour. This is a private tour. You will be using a private 4×4 Jeep Land-cruiser Touristic Vehicle.
Upon arrival at the Kigali International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our dedicated Hermosa Life Tours and Travel team, who will provide VIP meet and greet services and assist with fast track customs clearance. You will then drive to your Kigali hotel, check-in, and enjoy the exclusive amenities of the property at your leisure before settling in for dinner and a restful evening.

On this day, you will be picked up from your hotel, take part in a short Kigali city tour; visit Kigali genocide memorial. Thereafter, go for lunch at a local high-end restaurant/your hotel, before transferring to Musanze. Along the way, you will have time to discover, view Rwandan Landscapes. Alternatively, you can request to go by a helicopter ride (30min flight) at an additional cost. Head to your lodge, relax enjoy property amenities after check in at the Lodge.
In the afternoon, you may go on an optional visit to the Ellen DeGeneres campus of the Dian Fossey gorilla fund. A multi acre eco-friendly facility adjacent to the Volcanoes national park designed to serve as gateway to the conservation efforts towards protecting Mountain gorillas, the place is full of Dian Fossey’s interesting conservation stories and research work. Return to your lodge have dinner and rest.
Overnight stay at Singita Kwitonda Lodge (Meal plan: Lunch, Dinner, Bed and Breakfast).
After an early breakfast, you will proceed to the home of mountain Gorillas, the Volcanoes National Park headquarters – Kinigi to meet your guides for the day. After completing our park formalities, we are embarking on a once in a life time experience of trekking mountain gorillas. Once you spot them you are allowed to spend one hour watching them do their daily activities. Return to your hotel / lodge for lunch and relaxation. You may go on an optional afternoon Cultural experience at the Gorilla Guardians former Iby’iwacu culture village center, get entertaining history, music and stories of Rwanda and their ways of life. Retire and then dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

After breakfast you will proceed to the park headquarters to meet your guides for the Golden Monkeys trekking activity, get the briefing and get started, once you meet the monkeys, enjoy watching them feeding, grooming each other, care for their young ones, and playing for a full hour. After completing your experiences, you will head back to your lodge for lunch and check out. Your guide will then drive you back to Kigali. Alternatively, you can request to go by a helicopter ride (30min flight) at an additional cost. Once you arrive in the city, you will head back to your hotel, check in, have dinner and a well-deserved rest.

You will have a relaxed breakfast and check out. you may do a quick last-minute souvenir shopping, depending on your flight details, you will drive to the Kigali international Airport for your outbound flight to your next destination. See you on your next trip.
